I love spending my vacations in Thailand and i must say that i thought about moving in there some day too. I hope i will have the courage to load my stuff on two storage containers and set off to that wonderful country. Well... i guess i would need a little bit more than just courage, having the money to buy a home wouldn't hurt, i wouldn't like to get a bank loan for it.

I don't think I'll be living in Pattaya...more like living up north and visiting Pattaya here and there.

I've seen what Pattaya can do to some people and it isn't pretty.

Many people find that when they come to Pattaya to live, the first year is fantastic as you change the pace of life, but after the first year Pattaya loses a lot of its charm.

And like a teenager visiting a Theme park for a complete summer, you will find that you are bored of what you once loved.

Pattaya is a great place to retire, a difficult place to make money, and an easy place to become an alcoholic (as many have found)

I am sure you will enjoy your life in Pattaya, just be careful to fill your time with more than just beer bars and the night life.

View Talay Pattayas last blog post..Venus Jupiter & Moon Smile Over Bangkok

Hey guy,
You made me remember all fascinating moments that I had when I was in Thailand.
It is one of the most friendly country where the watchwords are hospitality and gentleness, not violence and danger.
Nowadays so mane people are interested in Thailand, in Thailand property , cause it is developing in a very fast way.
I have been there only once, but it was enough to fall in love with this magic country.

[...] Thailand Land of Smiles wrote an interesting post today on Moving to Thailand? Here’s a quick excerpt There’s something about Thailand that seems to draw people from around the world like a beacon … and with a healthy allotment of vacation time the trip was set for five weeks. My first trip I made some good friends in Pattaya and decided that was the place to stay. You can’t beat a beach town with about 3000 [...]
