Bangkok has been described as the Jewel of Asia as well as the Venice of Asia due to it’s canal systems. I would describe it as the New York of Asia…on speed. Bangkok is a twenty four hour city with everything to offer from the historic to the seedy. The sights, sounds and smells are enticing and the third world imagery that the mind conjures can definitely be seen meshing into this modern city.

From the Grand Palace to Soi Cowboy everything is on offer from beautiful golden temples to exotic brown Thai women. Market stalls line the streets selling everything from food to clothing and trinkets. Bangkok is definitely a must see.
