Mango with Sweet Coconut Milk Glaze

I’ve been lazy this weekend and thinking about Thailand way too much. There are many reasons I can’t wait to get back and least of which is not the food. This delectable dish is a layer of warm sticky rice with fresh sliced mango on top covered in a warm sweet coconut milk glaze. This my friends is an orgasm on a plate! If you ever get the chance make sure you try this dish as it will put all other dessert type dishes to shame.

Tomorrow I’ll post another delectable dish or a new gallery featuring the beautiful women of Thailand….the 3 of you talk it over and let me know… I have a really nice fish dish I can post just so ya know.
