		<description>everyone I&#039;ve talked to has said the same thing....tourist numbers are way down. I&#039;m hoping for some bargains by the time I come back...we&#039;ll have to see. If air fare could comne down some I&#039;d be satisfied.</description>

		<description>Talen I took a trip to the Hua Hin area over Christmas, my observations suggest that there are indeed many less tourists.  

Here in Prachuap, which is a bit of a back water, there are usually plenty of farang around at this time. This year another western face is a rare sight.

I haven&#039;t checked any of the hotels but I suspect they reflect the overall trend.  As for bargains-not sure here- but as always you should still be able to negotiate!
