Chiang Mai Fest

The first ever Chiang Mai Fest will be held April 8th through April 30th 2011. While Chiang Mai is already well know as a Northern Thailand city full of charm it’s hoped that Chiang Mai Fest will further put Chiang Mai on the map as an international destination for music, the arts and Thailands world renowned culture.

Chiang Mai fest will bring together artists from around the world for this unique and colorful international event with international artists as well as local artists coming together to open the 2011 Chiang Mai Fest on the weekend of April 8th – 10th at Kings Monument Plaza. The international display of music, art and dance will take place in a beautiful garden setting and appropriately themed as ” Music and Dance in the Garden”.

Opening weekend of Chiang Mai Fest 2011 will also see an art exhibition at the Chiang Mai Arts and Cultural Centre showcasing works from various international artists.
