Hostgator

I can’t say enough about HostGator. I blew the blog off the net earlier tonight and when I called support I didn’t get some guy reading from a book. He was a pro who went into my account and reversed some things and got me the page back. I didn’t check the links though and when I did after I hung up I got 404 errors on every link. I called back and spoke with someone else that started digging in the account for missing files and connections only to find nothing.

The good news was a full backup was performed earlier tonight and I could have them restore the site. I hung up again with hope in my little black heart that it would be ok sometime….but…it seems after I hung up they kept at it a lil more and got the blog back to where it was!

For $9.95 a month I didn’t expect much even though I had heard good things about their support…..I got a lot more than I expected. It’s nice to know I made the right choice in hosting.
