Today was a day of wandering around Pattaya and casually taking some photos, I was joined on my excursion by Siam Rick who who blogs about Thailand on Behind the Noodle Curtain. We started the day at the markets and then relaxed at Starbucks for a while before wandering around town enjoying the day.

Talen a perfect title for a post and one which has turned me a nice shade of green, I’ve just endured a 33 hour journey from Udon Thani to my UK home.
The middle photo has the most perfect pins I’ve ever seen. I’d have jumped on a motorbike taxi and followed her.

Martyn, So sorry to hear you are already back home…but I can’t wait to see what you have in store for us. The girl in the middle picture did have nice legs…I just couldn’t resist.
Great pictures Talen. The woman in the top photos provides a nice frame for the rest – beautiful smile

Paul, I saw here coming from 2 blocks away and even from that far her smiles was infectious. She really does have a beautiful smile.

Talen, what a nice way to spend the day. I bet Rick enjoyed it too.
I have to agree with Martyn, about the girl on the motorcycle. One of my biggest disappointments here is the shape of the ladies legs and bottoms. However the girl on the scooter gets a 10/10 from me.

Mike, Rick and I definitely had a good time exploring. There are a lot of ladies around Pattaya with very shapely legs and bottoms but sometimes you have to go looking for them. The girl on the motorcy was definitely a find.
So, which Starbucks did you visit – the one in Tukcom ? I have spent many an hour there sipping on over priced iced chocolate and soaking up bandwidth while my wife shops.
The one problem with Thai women is that when you find one with perfectly shaped legs they almost always have a motorcycle exhaust scar on them.
Chuck, Yep we were at the Tukcom Starbucks…definitely overpriced but a great place to sit and while away some time people watching. So true about the exhaust scars…saw a lot of them yesterday.
Nice photos Talen, I want to get in to street photography a little more, I always feel self conscious though when I’m walking round with my camera.

Bodlagz, I used to feel self conscious about it but then realized I was never going to get the pictures I wanted unless I just did it. Sometimes it’s just nice to pick a spot and use a long lens so you can get people from farther away but they look real close.
Thanks for the advice Talen, been looking for an excuse to buy myself a nice SLR, think I just found it.
Yep, sure was a nice day! Breezy, not too hot at all, sunny and good company in the name of Talen.
Unfortunately for photogs, not so many girls out in the daytime, but come nighttime, the streets, bars, clubs and discos are filled with beautiful brown skin since this is a city that comes alive at night (believe me, anyone who has not been to Pattaya, the place looks dingy in daytime; better not to see it sometimes . . .).
A note for Mike, maybe Prachuap Kiri Khan has its disappointing legs and butts, but I’m always knocked out by the beauty of Thai girls’ legs. OK, butts not so big here. But throw in the smiles and man, this is one Amazing Thailand!
I enjoyed our time at the Starbucks patio. But it’s the first time in four months of retiring to Thailand that I’ve entered a Starbucks. Doubtful I’ll do it again anytime soon, thanks to the outrageous prices. Another Pattaya coffee shop, Rinlaya on soi Lengkee, has pretensions with its 65 baht espresso but Starbucks takes the cake and the pie for its ridiculous pricing. But it never lacked for customers, including us

Rick, always a pleasure my friend…looking forward to your extended stay.
Sorry about last night…I fell asleeep and didn’t wake up…guess I should have taken a nap also.
Oh Thailand, a photographers heaven! Those smiles, the beautiful women, the odd, quirky and downright bizzare sights, the glittering temples, the awesome scenery….after a bit of an absence I shall be back in a few days, probably not to Pattaya, but to my beloved Bangkok and deepest Issan. Thanks for the photos Talen.
